These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ireland Durgotsab Committee website (irelanddurgotsab.ie) and your purchase of tickets to, and attendance at, our Durga Puja events. By using this site or buying a ticket, you agree to these terms.
The website is operated by Ireland Durgotsab Committee (“IDC”, “we”, “us”). “You” means any visitor to the site or attendee of our events. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site or purchase tickets.
All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure payment provider. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.
Durga Puja is a religious and cultural celebration. We ask all attendees to behave respectfully towards the rituals, the deities, volunteers and fellow guests. IDC may refuse entry to, or remove, any person behaving in a manner that is unsafe, disruptive or disrespectful, without refund.
Photographs and video may be taken at our events for community and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to appearing in such media. If you would prefer not to be featured, please let a committee member or photographer know at the event.
IDC takes reasonable care to run a safe event but does not accept liability for loss, damage or injury except to the extent caused by our negligence or that cannot be excluded by law. You attend and use the venue at your own risk and must follow all venue and safety instructions.
Personal data collected through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase or visit applies to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
